径向流固定床反应器内流动规律的数值模拟

摘要: 采用计算流体力学方法,从计算流体力学的基本方程出发,引入孔隙率和阻力系数,建立径向固定床
反应器内流体流动的数学模型。在计算流体力学商业软件FLUENT6.1上,对4种流动类型径向流固定床反应器内
流场进行了数值模拟研究,得到了固定床反应器内详细的速度和压力分布情况。模拟结果表明,在径向流固定床反
应器中,在床层阻力作用下,大部分气体沿径向方向流过床层,在床层中部速度分布比较均匀。4种流动类型反应器
中,离心流动优于向心流动,离心Π型优于离心Z型;向心Z型反应器内流体流动的轴向分布最不均匀,其次为向心
Π型、离心Z型和离心Π型,离心Π型反应器中流体流动分布最均匀。

Abstract: Based on CFD method, porosity and resistance coefficient was introduced to develop a mathematical model for radial-flow fixed-bed reactor (RFBR). The commercial CFD code FLUENT6.1 was applied to simulate the flow field in four kinds RFBRs with different flow modes. Some detailed information about the velocity and pressure distribution in these reactors was obtained. The simulated results show that most gases passed through the catalyst bed along the radial direction with the effect of bed resistance. The velocity distribution in the middle of the catalyst bed is approximatively uniform. The flow in outward RFBR is better than that in inward RFBR, and the flow in outward Π-shaped RFBR is better than that in outward Z-shaped RFBR. The axial non-uniformity in inward Z-shaped RFBR is maximum, then followed by inward Π-shaped RFBR, outward Z-shaped RFBR, and outward Π-shaped RFBR. The flow in outward Z-shaped RFBR is the most uniform.
