摘要: 详细阐述了某电厂生产过程监控系统的设计与应用。从系统工程观点出发, 综合考虑火力发电厂的
生产实际, 以及监控系统的整体功能、技术水平、综合成本及使用维护等问题, 应用层次分析法进行了正确的系统方
案决策, 在此基础上进行了监控画面的规划与制作。某电厂3 年来的实际运行结果表明该系统性能可靠, 功能完善,
使用方便, 造价低廉, 配置灵活。

关键词: 生产过程监控系统 , 系统工程 , WinCC 组态软件 , 现场总线

Abstract:

The design and application of the production process supervisory system for the thermal power plant were emphatically demonstrated in detail. The systems engineering methodology was applied during the whole design process. From the actual process situation and the systematic overall function, the correct scheme decision had been made by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then all the pictures of the supervisory system were programmed and made. According to about three-year successful application in a certain power plant, it is demonstrated that this supervisory system has many characteristics of high reliability, perfect functions, convenient operation and use, low cost and flexible configuration etc. Its application not only provides help for operators, but also improves the managing level of the production. Thus the production in the thermal power plant is safe and stable.
