炼钢连铸动态调度方法及其应用

摘要: 在炼钢连铸生产工艺约束条件下, 针对实际生产运行过程中存在的时间偏差、温度补偿、浇铸异常以
及钢种变更等多扰动问题, 单纯依靠手工调度还不能快速有效的达到计划的优化调度。提出了基于案例推理和人
机交互相结合的局部调整、基于分批规则的重调度的动态调度方法, 应用所提出的方法建立了动态调度架构, 设计
与开发了软件系统。该系统应用于国内某大型钢厂的生产调度, 实现了多扰动情况下的快速优化调整。

Abstract:

Considering unexpected events including time disturb, temperature compensation, abnormal casting and steel grade changing, optimal scheduling plan is not effectively obtained only by manual schedule under the technical constraints of steelmaking and continuous casting (SCC) production. Dynamic scheduling methods, which include local adjusting methods that combine CBR with man-machine interactive and rescheduling method that bases on making batch rule, were  presented. The dynamic scheduling framework was established, and the software system was also designed and developed by using these methods. Finally the system was successfully applied to one large steel plant, and realized rapidly optimal dynamic adjusting.
