摘要: 引入层次分析法构建集输系统能效指标体系,为进行集输系统的整体能效评价提供有利手段,并结合模糊学中三角模糊数对层次分析的判断矩阵的构建及权重的计算进行了改进,在一定程度上减少了层次分析法人为主观因素较强且忽略了人对客观事物认知的模型性等缺陷,使评价结果更加准确和全面,并以某集输区块集中处理站为例,找出其用能薄弱点,并提出改进意见。

Abstract: The analytic hierarchy process is introduced to construct energy efficiency index system of gathering and transportation system, which provides a favorable means for energy efficiency evaluation of the system as a whole. Combining with the triangular fuzzy number in fuzzy theory, the judgment matrix construction and weight calculation of AHP are reformed. To some extent, it reduces the defects of hierarchical analysis, such as the strong subjective factors of legal person and the neglect of the model of people's cognition of objective things, and makes the evaluation results more accurate and comprehensiv. Taking a gathering and transportation block of oilfield as an example, the weakness of its energy consumption is found out, and the improvement suggestions are put forward.
