三元复合驱有杆泵举升参数优化研究

摘要: 三元复合驱技术可以改善高含水油田的驱替效果,提高油层的采出程度。在三元复合驱的不同驱替阶段,采出液流变性能不同,会影响有杆泵的泵效。基于改进的有杆泵系统效率计算模型,通过迭代算法优化了不同驱替阶段的下泵深度、冲程、冲次和泵径,研究了扶正器个数、冲程、冲次和驱替阶段对系统效率的影响规律。计算结果表明,冲程、冲次对系统效率影响较大,系统效率随冲程和冲次的增加先增加后平缓,主段塞驱替阶段的系统效率最低。扶正器会降低系统效率但是不明显。

Abstract: Alkali⁃Surfactant⁃Polymer (ASP) flooding can improve the flooding efficiency for oilfields which are in high water⁃cut period. In different ASP flooding stages, the rheological property of production fluid changes, which could affect the pump efficiency. Based on the improved sucker rod pumping system efficiency model, the pump depth, stroke length, stroke speed and pump diameter have been optimized through iterative algorithm. The effect of centralizer numbers, stroke length, stroke speed and flooding stages on sucker rod pumping system efficiency has been studied. The results indicate that the influence of stroke length and stroke speed is significant. The sucker rod pumping system efficiency first increased obviously and then trends to be gentle with the stroke length and speed increasing. The pumping system efficiency in main slug of ASP flooding is lowest. The centralizers can decrease the sucker rod pumping system efficiency slightly.
