沥青老化临界状态与极限状态的确定

摘要: 在室内对盘锦AH-90沥青进行不同时间的老化试验,测试不同时间老化沥青及其混合料性能指标的变化,针入度(25℃)变化范围在13~78(0.1mm),通过分析各项指标变化规律,建立了老化指数与老化时间之间的关系,提出了以老化指数及残留针入度比为主的沥青老化分级概念,将沥青老化分为5个等级,在此基础上,确定了沥青老化的临界状态和极限状态。

Abstract: Through the Panjin asphalt (AH-90) aging test by different aging time in Lab, the performance data of the aging asphalt and mix of different time have been tested, the varied range of the main test data of the penetration (25 ℃) is 13~78 (0.1 mm), the relationship between the aging index and the aging time has been established, and the grades of asphalt aging based on the aging index and the ratio of remaining penetration has been put forward, the aging asphalt has been classified as 5 grades, based on the asphalt aging grades, the critical state and limit state of the aging asphalt has been defined .
