用毛细管流变仪考察溴化丁基橡胶的热稳定性能

Bromobutyl Rubber Thermal Stability by Capillary Rheometer

摘要: 根据毛细管流变仪的结构特性,用以模拟工业生产溴化丁基橡胶的螺杆挤出干燥过程。采用溶液法合成了溴含量及其微观结构均符合工业要求的溴化丁基橡胶。考察了150℃和180℃下,改变胶料在毛细管流变仪料筒中的停留时间,溴化丁基橡胶溴含量及其微观结构的变化。结果表明:一定温度下,延长胶料在料筒中的停留时间会使溴含量减少,结构Ⅰ(未溴化的丁基橡胶)和结构Ⅲ(溴代伯位烯丙基)含量增加,而结构Ⅱ(溴代仲位烯丙基)含量会减少,且温度升高会加剧这种趋势。

Abstract: The thermal stability of bromobutyl rubber were studied by capillary rheometer which was similar to extruser in industrial production. Firstly,regular bromobutyl rubber were polymerized by solution method.The results show that in constant temperature(at 150 ℃ or 180 ℃)conditions,the bromine content and microstructure occurred in a significant change with the increase of residence time.Mainly reflected that bromine content decreased, and the weight percent of structure Ⅲ and structureⅠincreased while structureⅡdecreased. Moreover, it can be aggravated at higher temperature.
