石蜡加氢精制催化剂FV-30的研制及工艺条件的研究

Development of New Ball Shape Petroleum Wax Hydrofining  Catalyst and Process Condition

摘要: 对新型石油蜡类加氢精制催化剂的制备、工艺条件及原料适应性进行了研究。结果表明,FV-30催化剂具有良好的物理化学性质,呈五齿球形,强度高,粒度小,适合石油蜡料的加氢反应特点和要求,并具有优良的活性及好的原料适应性。在堆积密度较FV-10催化剂低20%的条件下,催化剂的活性达到FV-10的水平。

Abstract: The development of new ball shape petroleum wax hydrofining catalyst and process condition as well as experiments on various feedstocks were described. The experiment results show that the catalyst has excellent physical chemistry nature and with five-teeth ball physical form, high strength, small granularity. Meetging petroleum wax hydrofining characteristics and with excellent activity and good adaptability on wax material. Under the 20% low density comparing FV-10 catalyst, the activity is comparable.
