环烷基减三线馏分油高压加氢降凝工艺试验

Test of High-Pressure Hydrodewaxing Process on  Naphthenic Third Vacuum Side Distillate Oil

摘要: 对渤海湾环烷基原油减三线馏分油加氢降凝工艺生产橡胶填充油进行了工艺试验研究。结果表明,采用高压加氢降凝工艺,在总体积空速0.18h-1,氢油体积比800,反应压力15MPa,反应温度320~380℃的条件下,产品中大于320℃馏分凝点降至-26℃,硫、氮质量分数分别降至12μg/g和8μg/g,芳烃质量分数由36.8%降至4.3%,与进口SBS填充油的性质相近。

Abstract: The experiment on hydrodewaxing process using the Bohai bay naphthenic crude oil third vacuum side distillate oil to product rubber filling oil was studied. The result show that using high-pressure hydrodewaxing process, under the conditions of LHSV 0.18 h-1, H2/oil (volume ratio) 800∶1, reaction pressure 15 MPa, reaction temperature about 320~380 ℃. The freezing point of fractions above 320 ℃ declined to -26 ℃, the contents of sulfur and nitrogen decreased to 12 μg/g and 8 μg/g respectively, and aromatic content went down from 36.8% to 4.3%. The properties of fraction above 320 ℃ were similar to the import extender oils of SBS.
