原油管道启动压力波速的宏观表征

摘要: 以大型埋地试验环道为依托,对原油管道启动过程中压力波的传递进行了测量和分析。通过正交试验分析了3种波速影响因素对波速传递的影响规律以及影响重要程度。以此为基础,首次提出了温度影响系数的概念,从宏观的角度量化表征低温原油的收缩性和结构性,避免了对初始启动压力波速进行传统微观影响因素的分析,经环道两管径的现场试验,建立的新经验公式数据吻合程度较好。

Abstract: With the aid of the large-scale flow loop,the initial restart pressure wave propagation has been measured and studied.The related in fluencing factors have been analyzed.Put forward the temperature effect coefficient concept for the first time,establishes the new computation model to forecast the initial restart wave velocity.Through flow loop's two different diameter test data contrast,the new model can forecast the initial restart wave velocity accurately.
