蓄热式加热炉内速度场和压力场的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Velocity and Pressure Field in Regenerative Reheating Furnace

摘要: 建立了蓄热式加热炉内气体流动的三维、稳态流动数学模型,求得了炉内速度场和压力场;在此基础上,探讨了在不同出口压力工况对炉内速度场和压力场的影响。研究结果表明,增大出口负压一方面可以显著增大出口处烟气的流速,但对炉膛其它部分烟气的流速影响不大,另一方面仅可以影响炉宽方向的压力水平,但不影响该方向的压力分布;此外,当出口负压从-600Pa增大到-1000Pa时,炉门处负压升高并与外界的压差减小,蓄热式加热炉的运行状态得到了改善,但当出口负压继续增大到-1200Pa时,炉门处负压显著升高,蓄热式加热炉的运行状态受到了恶化。

Abstract: A three-dimensional and steady state flow process mathematical model was established,and then velocity field and pressure field were obtained.Based on these,velocity and pressure fields were discussed under the conditions of various outlet pressures.The results show that the influence of increasing outlet pressure on the flue gas flow velocity at the outlet is considerable,but that in the other part is minor.On the other hand,the pressure in the width direction is merely affected,but nothing is influenced with the pressure distribution.In addition,the negative pressure at the furnace door rose up and the differential pressure with outside decreased during the outlet pressure increasing from -600 Pa to-1 000 Pa,and the running status of regenerative furnace is improved.But when the outlet pressure kept increasing to-1 200 Pa,the negative pressure rose significantly,and running status of regenerative furnace is deteriorated.
