苏丹高酸值原油环烷酸分离及结构分析

摘要: 利用复合脱酸剂分离出苏丹高酸值原油中的环烷酸,并用电喷雾傅立叶变换离子回旋共振高分辨质谱(ESI-FT-ICR MS)及红外光谱(IR)分析了所分离出的环烷酸的分子结构。结果表明,苏丹高酸值原油中环烷酸红外光谱在3500~2500,1707,1500~800cm-1处具有明显的特征吸收峰,为典型的一元羧酸(脂肪酸和环烷酸)类化合物,无二元及多元酸。质谱分析点状图表明,原油中环烷酸以一、二、三环环烷酸为主,其中二环环烷酸含量最多,而且主要是碳数为26~34的二环环烷酸。环烷酸质谱分析点状图点数多且密集,环烷酸含量较为丰富。

Abstract: The naphthenic acids of Sudan crude oil with high acid value were separated by compounding deacidification agent.The separated naphthenic acids were analyzed by electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance high resolution mass spectrometry(ESI-FT-ICR MS)and infrared spectrum(IR).The results show that there are obvious IR characteristic bands from 3500~2500,1707,1500~800cm-1,so they are typical monocarboxylic acids compounds(fatty acid and naphthenic acid),there are no binary and multivariate acids.MS Analysis point-like figure shows that the naphthenic acids of Sudan crude oil are mainly one,two and three-ring naphthenic acids,and the most content is two-ring naphthenic acids,the majority of which have 26 to 34 carbon number.MS Analysis point-like figure has many point-counts and they
arranged closely.The naphthenic acids content is very abundant.
