不锈钢过滤毡氩热风再流钎焊工艺方法研究

摘要: 采用氩热风再流钎焊工艺方法研究了新型过滤材料——— 不锈钢过滤毡元件的连接成型。研究结果表明, 采用氩热风再流钎焊工艺方法制备过滤毡元件, 不仅生产效率高, 而且毡层与基体框架金属钎接性能好、钎焊接头外观形貌光洁明亮且强度较高。钎焊时高热氩气流量和预镀钎料效果是影响元件钎接头力学性能的主要因素。另外该工艺方法, 尤其适合选用无铅钎料作为钎焊材料用于卫生、食品和医疗气体过滤的过滤元件的钎焊连接。

Abstract:  The joint shaping of a filter material--stainless steel filter felt component was studied by the hot Ar air reflow brazing process. The results show that using hot Ar air reflow brazing process to manufacture filter felt component not only has high production efficiency, but the brazing performance between felt layer and vector framework is also excellent with smooth and bright joint appearance and higher strengh. The main factors affecting the mechanical properties of component solder joint are the flow rate of hot Ar air and the pre-plated solder property. In addition, this process is especially suitable for the brazing process of filter components for the filtration of health, food and medical gases using lead-free solder.
