气动控制阀Choudhury 粘滞模型分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement on Choudhury’s Stiction Model of Pneumatic Control Valve

摘要: 在现今研究气动控制阀粘滞特性中,Choudhury 模型有着广泛的应用。对该模型进行分析,提出了改进的Choudhury 模型,结果显示改进后的模型更好地描述气动控制阀粘滞特性。同时,给出了利用气动控制阀粘滞特性模型的参数(S ,J)辨识结果,结果显示利用改进的Choudhury 模型的参数辨识误差率均小于5% ,而利用Choudhury 模型的参数辨识误差超过5% 。最后,通过实际工业生产过程实例,验证了改进模型参数辨识的有效性。

Abstract: Choudhury’s model was widely used in the pneumatic control valve stiction research .Based on the analysis and discussion for Choudhury’s model ,the results show that the improved Choudhury describes the characteristics of valve stiction better .Then ,the identification results of stiction parameters (S , J) were given by using the Choudhury’ s model and the improved Choudhury’s model .The results show that the error rates of identification used by the improved Choudhury’s model are all below 5%,while the error rates of identification used by the Choudhury’ s model are over5%. The validity of the
proposed method is illustrated through industrial examples.
