SBS改性阻燃沥青的感温性能研究

摘要: SBS改性阻燃沥青是一种集路用性能与难燃性能于一体的新型沥青产品,可广泛应用于隧道路面。分别考察了由茂名70#和欢喜岭90#沥青为基质沥青的SBS改性阻燃沥青的温度敏感性、高温稳定性与低温抗裂性,并与SBS改性沥青以及其它几种国内外普通沥青进行了比较。结果表明,SBS改性阻燃沥青与SBS改性沥青相近,远远优于普通沥青,具有良好的感温性能。另外,由茂名70#生产的SBS改性阻燃沥青的3种感温性能均优于由欢喜岭90#所生产的产品。

Abstract: SBS modified flame-retardant asphalt is a new product which has the roadway performance and the flame-retardation, designed as a substitute of cement concrete in highway tunnel. Compared with base asphalt of MaoMing 70# and huanxiling 90# and SBS modified asphalt, the temperature sensibility, high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance of the SBS modified flame-retardant asphalt are similar to the SBS modified asphalt and better than base asphalt. The three temperature serviceability of the SBS modified flame-retardant asphalt which used Maoming 70# as base asphalt is better than which used Huanxiling 90#.
