Abstract489)      PDF (3893KB)(400)

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is facing the dual threat of drought, semi arid and regional water source environmental safety for a long time. Moreover, the technology for environmental safety management is seriously outdated. In this paper, we have established the basic database of the surface morphology, hydrology, water quality, pollution sources, fracture surface and spatial water source environmental information in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In consideration of the strong spatial characteristics of the water source environmental information, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region water environmental safety management information system is developed on the ArcGIS network platform with C++ language and B/S architecturein this paper. The system not only achieves the visual computer management of the spatial information of water source but also provides guidance for the division of water source and water source protection management combining with water source and environmental monitoring, pollution sources and other data for the environmental safety analysis. Using the developed method in some cities of Inner Mongolia, the system shows strong practicability, information display intuitive and good universality, which provides effective decision support for environmental safety, high efficiency management and early warning of the water source in the autonomous region.

Abstract490)      PDF (5735KB)(374)
This experiment focuses on the fragile zone in Mu Us Desert where farming, forestry, animal husbandry interlacing ecologically in desertification research as the object. It studies the optimal computer automatic classification of Mu Us Desert based on CBERS and TM remote sensing image data type, and investigates the evolution process of Mu Us Desert (20002013) combined with the evolution of GIS spatial analysis and landscape index quantitative. The experiment shows that, through the maximum likelihood supervised classification method, the highest overall precision of sand type obtained is above 86.21%, which is the ideal means of desertification land classification. A nonlinear relationship exists between environment changes and shifting sands, semishifting sands, semifixed sands, fixed sands. Those four types of sand plaques present to be instability, in which shifting and semishifting sands change significantly in position, going on gradually from southwest to northwest and south. Succession between patches will still occur frequently in a period of time in the future, while the percentage of the four types of sands accounts from 82.29% to 75.07% of the study area, proving the ecological environment is getting better by the governance of Mu Us Desert.

Simulation and Analysis on Typical Rotor Fault Based on DASP
TANG Yu, SHI Chengjiang, YANG Jing, CUI Qing
Abstract477)      PDF (4664KB)(486)
Based on the flexible rotor testbed as the research object, used DASPv10 analysis software to simulate the rotor imbalance and misalignment of two typical faults, the mechanism analysis were made for the collected signal from the eddy current sensor and the piezoelectric acceleration sensor. The experiments gave the timedomain analysis, frequencydomain analysis and axis path diagram in the case of normal and fault two cases, compared the experimental results with the theoretical analysis. It verified the two typical fault identification features of rotor vibration, making a better understanding of the fault mechanism and fault diagnosis of the rotating machinery system. 

Abstract649)      PDF (526KB)(364)

An innovation in traditional models of management in units of cultural relics protection was advanced. The uniform immovable cultural relic management system based on GIS platform with the combination of database, computer network and 3S technology (involved geographic information system, remote sensing, global positioning system) was established. It has achieved the patterns of information management and open view in cultural relic data of autonomous region, and provided scientific basis and decision support for the work in managing and protecting cultural relics in the government and the organs.
