Abstract: The esterification of oleic acid with methanol catalyzed by Yβ composite zeolite supported phosphotungstic acid( H3PWl 2O4 0/ Y - β) was reported. The effect of catalyst amount, the ratio of methanol to oleic acid, reaction time, catalyst recycling times on the yield of methyl oleate were carefully studied. The result show that the catalyst had many advantages such as high catalytic activity, easy to recycle and good reusability. The yield of methyl oleate reached 94.7% under the following optimum reaction conditions: 0.1 mol oleic acid, the ratio of methanol to oleic acid 1.8,1.2 g catalyst, reaction time 90 min.

摘要: 摘 要:  采用 Y - β复合分子筛负载 H3PWl 2O4 0为催化剂( H3PWl 2O4 0/ Y - β) , 对油酸与甲醇酯化反应合成油酸甲酯进行了研究, 考察了催化剂质量、 醇酸物的量比、 反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对酯化率的影响。实验结果表明, 该催化剂具有催化性能高、 易回收、 可以重复使用等优势。最佳反应条件为: 油酸的物质的量为0. 1m o l 、 醇酸物质的量比为1. 8、 催化剂质量为1. 2g、 反应时间为9 0m i n。最佳反应条件下的酯化率达到9 4. 7%。
