The Effect of Emulsification Conditions on Particle Size of Oxidized Wax Emulsion

乳化条件对氧化蜡乳液颗粒粒径的影响

Abstract: The influence of emulsification parameters including HLB value,dosage of emulsifiers, reaction temperature, stirring speed and emulsification time on particle size of oxidized wax emulsion was studied by laser particle analyzer. The results show that optimum emulsification conditions are as follows: dosage of complex emulsifiers 3.0%, the HLB value 12, reaction temperature 85 ℃,stirring speed 800 r/min, emulsification time 35 min. Under above conditions, the minimum particle size of the oxidized wax can reach 66.2 nm.

摘要: 利用激光粒度分析仪对制备氧化蜡乳液过程中的HLB值、乳化剂的质量分数、乳化温度、搅拌速率
以及乳化时间对氧化蜡乳液的颗粒粒径的影响进行了考察。实验结果表明,最佳乳化条件为:复合乳化剂质量分数
为3.0%、HLB值为12、乳化温度为85曟、搅拌速率为800r/min、乳化时间为35min。在最佳乳化条件下,氧化蜡
乳液颗粒的最小粒径可以达到66.2nm。
