Abstract: The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to propose a parametric model of the quickopening structure with toothlocked sintering furnace cover. The structure design was optimized by using weight parameter as the objective function and using allowable stress as constraints. Based on the optimal sizes the intensity design requirements were met and the weight of the structure was reduced effectively. Data reference for the similar quickopening structure design was given in this paper.

摘要: 应用有限元分析软件 AN S Y S, 对烧结炉端盖齿啮式连接快开结构进行了参数化建模。以质量为目标函数, 以许用应力为约束条件, 对该结构的尺寸进行了优化。结果表明, 优化后的尺寸可满足强度设计要求, 并可有效地减轻结构质量, 为类似的快开结构设计提供了数据依据。
