脉冲磁场处理工艺对非晶合金磁致伸缩系数的影响

Abstract: Low frequency impulse magnetic field process can cause amorpfous alloy ribbons which are made of (Fe1-xCox)86Hf7B6Cu1(x=0.4) to crystallize - Fe.    (Fe1-xCox)86Hf7B6Cu1(x=0.4) indicates postive saturated magnetostriction coefficient and -Fe indicates negative saturated magnetostriction coefficien.Promoting the magnetic field intensity and the processing time can adjust the degree of the crystallization, make the ratio between the volume of λSA and the volume of λSB achieve optimization and minimize the saturated magnetostriction coefficient λS of sample.

摘要: 低频脉冲磁场处理工艺,可以使非晶薄带(Fe1-xCox) 86Hf7B6Cu1(x=0.4)产生纳米晶化α- Fe,(Fe1-x
Cox) 86Hf7B6Cu1(x=0.4)表现为正磁致伸缩,α- Fe表现为负磁致伸缩。提高磁场强度、处理时间可以调整晶化量的大
小,使λSA和λSB之间体积分数比达到最佳,样品的磁致伸缩系数λS 最小。
