Abstract: In order to address process big the data volume, big work volume, processing data from the repeated and higher labor-intensive problems in examination card production, used of Excel, Word in Office software and visualization programming software Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the data processing system - student test card production system which is simple and fast data processing and has good versatility. By Excel to collect, collate data, produce documents using Word templates, using VB as a compilation tool to Excel, the standard data and directories stored photo data output as a standard Word document to prepare for print output, or archived. After the actual use of the system, the means to enhance the work efficiency, solve work problems.

摘要： 为了解决学生考试证制作处理数据量、工作量大和劳动强度高的问题，利用Office软件中的Excel、Word和可视化编程软件Visual Basic 6.0开发了一个操作简单、处理数据快捷，具有很好的通用性的数据处理系统—学生考试证制作系统。通过Excel收集、整理数据，用Word制作文档模板，利用VB作为编成工具，将Excel中的标准数据和目录存储的照片数据输出为标准的Word文档，以备打印输出或者存档。经过实际使用该系统，该方法提高了工作效率，解决了工作中的难题。
