摘要： 摘 要:  教育培训行业竞争日趋加剧, 新创培训企业如何在竞争中脱颖而出成为许多创业期企业面临的问
题。提出了影响教育培训行业创业期顺利开展的管理要素, 以鄂尔多斯教育培训行业为例, 通过对当地教育培训机
构的调研和走访, 得出相关数据并对其加以分析, 从中找出了影响当地教育培训企业创业成功的关键要素, 并对这
些要素进行了进一步的理论分析, 对具体的实施过程提出了对策和建议。

关键词: 鄂尔多斯, 教育培训行业, 管理要素, 创业期, 对策

Abstract: With increasingly intensified competition in the education and training industry, how to exist in the competition for new training enterprises has become a problem which they should face. During the period of education and training industry entrepreneurship, the important management elements were provided. The education training industry took Ordos for example, through the research and visit to the local education training institutions, the relative data were concluded and analyzed, and the key factors on the influencing local education training were drawn in the success of the business enterprise. And the countermeasures and suggestions in concrete implementation process were proposed.
