摘要： 针对橡胶装置PP1209溶剂泵所用机械密封在使用过程中频繁泄漏失效、导致机械密封寿命短的问
题进行了研究,分析了机械密封失效的具体情况,找出了导致机械密封泄漏失效的主要原因,而且进行了理论计算
验证。通过对具体使用环境的研究,提出了改造措施。实践证明,改进后的机械密封装机运行,其泄漏量比原密封
明显减小,使用寿命也相应增加,从而有效地保证设备长周期运行,节约了维修成本,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:  

he problems of the efficiency loss of PP1209 solvent sump mechanical seals and shortness of lifespan concerning mechanical seal were researched. The efficiency loss of mechanical seals was analyzed，the reason of fault was obtained，and seal product as well as reforming plan were put forward. Application practice indicates that the leakage quantity is obviously reduced comparing with that of original seal and the service life is prolonged correspondingly via running after improvement and reassembling onto the machine，to keep the equipment run in normal performance for long term，and save the cost and promoting economic benefit.
