PLC 在固定床反应器加氢试验中的应用

摘要:      介绍了固定床反应器小型加氢试验装置微机监控系统, 阐述了在化工生产过程中, 固定床反应器温度控制系统通过对数据进行集中采集, 并应用采样控制算法和脉冲宽度可调的输出方式对具有较大纯滞后特征的反应器温度进行实际控制。介绍了工艺流程、温度控制方案、系统的功能及硬件配置、软件设计和控制算法。经过两年来的连续运行, 实现了小型加氢实验装置微机监控系统装置全套自动化。生产的产品经过采样分析, 甲苯的转化率为24 .3 %(原设想为16 %), 甲醇的转化率为100%, 达到了产品的预期质量指标

Abstract:

     Computer -monitoring system on the fixed bed reactor in small -scale hydrogenation unit was introduced .In the process of chemical production, fixed bed reactor heater temperature control system by the centralized collection was illustrated .Sampling control algorithm and the outputs way of the adjustable pulsing width were used to control the reactor heater temperature of greater with pure hysteretic characteristics .The process flow , scheme of temperature control , the function of system and the functions of hardwires , the design of software and the control algorithm were discussed.After two years' continuous operation , automatic control is realized on the bench scale hydrogenation unit with computer -monitoring system .The analysis of product show that the conversion of toluene is 24.3% (expected 16 %).Methyl alcohol conversion is 100 % and the expected indication of quality is obtained .
