加氢反应器人孔区有限元应力分析及评定

 Finite Element Analysis and Stress Evaluation of  the Manhole Area in a Hydrogenation Reactor

摘要: 加氢反应器是炼油行业的关键设备,通常在高温高压环境中工作,应力状况十分复杂。其中,人孔区
是加氢反应器的高应力区,其安全性关系到整个设备的安全运行。利用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了加氢反应器人
孔区热-固耦合有限元模型。结合JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器-分析设计标准》,对加氢反应器人孔区进行了应力
分析和强度评定。结果表明,最大应力发生在人孔法兰与半圆形封头连接区,最大应力为154.6810MPa,应力评定
结果合格。

Abstract: Hydrogenation reactor is an important equipment of petroleum refining industry, which usually was operated in the environment of high temperature and pressure. The stress distribution of the hydrogenation reactor was very complicated. Especially, the manhole area of the hydrogenation reactor was the high stress area and its security was related to the safe operation of entire equipment. The thermal-structure coupling finite element model of hydrogenation reactor manhole area was established by using ANSYS software. Moreover, the stress analysis and strength evaluation of the manhole area were employed by combining with JB 4732—1995" steel pressure vessel-analysis and design standard ". The results showed that the maximum stress occured in the connecting region of manhole flange and the semicircle head, the maximum stress value was 154.681 0 MPa. The evaluation results illustrated that the manhole area were qualified in the stress strength.
