高压快开盲板侍服密封圈非线性有限元分析

Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis of Servo Seal Ring in High-Pressure and Quickly Opening Blind Plate

摘要: 采用有限单元法对高压快开盲板中C形侍服密封圈进行了接触边界、大变形等非线性应力分析,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建模,分析计算得出密封圈接触变形、接触应力及其分布情况,获得了密封圈与盲板筒体之间的接触压力分布规律及其与工作介质压力之间的关系,从而可以有效地分析C形复合结构侍服密封圈的密封能力。

Abstract: Using finite element method, nonlinear stress, such as contact borderline and large deformation of C seal ring in high-pressure quickly opening blind plate, was analyzed. Through modeling and analyzing computing with ANSYS, contact deformation, contact stress and its distribution characteristics were obtained. And also, distribution law of contact pressure between seal ring and barrel of blind plate, and relationship between distribution and medium were gained. Furthermore, seal ability of C compound structure’s servo seal ring was effectively analyzed.
