功率超声对脱金属效果的影响

Power Ultrasound on the Effect of Demetallization

摘要: 对超声波辅助脱除辽河蜡油中金属进行了初步研究,考察了超声波的参数对脱金属效果的影响。实
验结果表明,超声波脱金属效果明显优于未加超声波的脱金属效果,可在较短时间内达到较高的脱金属率。在超声
波频率为28kHz、超声波作用方式为连续式、超声强度为10W/cm2 时脱金属效果较好,锌脱除率可达到90%,钙和
镍的脱除率达到80%以上。

Abstract: A number of preliminary studies have been done to demetallize the Liaohe wax with the ultrasound-assisting method, and the ultrasonic parameters on the effect of demetallization have been studied. The results showed that the impact of demetallization with the ultrasound were better than that without the ultrasound, which can be achieved high rate of demetallization within a short period of time. The effect of demetallization is the best when the ultrasonic frequency is 28 kHz, the manner of ultrasonic effectiveness is consecutive and the ultrasonic intensity is 10 W/cm2, then the removal rate of Zn is 90%, and the removal rates of Ca and Ni are above 80%.
