聚结—气浮法处理含油污水

摘要: 针对模拟油田含油量较高的采油污水,以波纹板油水分离器为基础,结合加压溶气气浮的方法对其
进行除油效果的研究,重点考察了进水含油量、进水流量对除油率的影响。实验结果表明,温度为50 ℃,进水流量
为70L/h,聚结板为表面涂有镀锌涂层的板组,加压溶气气浮工艺的除油率可达86.4%,除油效果明显。

Abstract: The treatment of concentrated wastewater produced in the oil field was studied via self-made oily-water segregator. This laboratory apparatus comprises corrugated plate with pressurized dissolved-air flotation technology. The effects of the oil concentration of wastewater and influent flow on the removal efficiency of oil were mainly investigated. When the temperature is 50 ℃, influent flow rate is 70 L/h, the coalescence plate is coated by the galvanized paint, the removal efficiency of oil is up to 86.4%.
