采油仿真培训系统的设计与实现

摘要: 从新疆油田对采油工种的职业培训需求出发,本着职业技能培训与鉴定相结合、实训装备的硬件与技能训练仿真软件相结合的思想,对采油仿真培训系统设计进行了深入的研究,并实现了该系统。首先分析了采油仿真培训系统的总体结构,详细讨论了注采模拟培训系统、油田生产动态管理模拟培训系统、技能鉴定与培训考核系统、采油自动化仿真培训系统的功能,最后给出软件系统的实现。本系统实现多媒体教学课件用于采油工程培训、利用采油自动化仿真模拟软件实现操作技能培训,满足了油田生产培训现代化的需要。

Abstract: Starting from the occupation training demand of Xinjiang oil field to the type of work in oil extraction, the design and implementation of oil extraction simulation training system were researched, with the thought of combining train and identification for the occupation skills. The overall structure design of simulation training system for oil extraction was analyzed. The water flooding and oil gathering simulation training system, the dynamic management simulation training system for oil filed production, the monitor and management system, and the functions of oil extraction automation simulation training system were discussed in detail. Software system implementation of the simulation training was introduced. This multimedia courseware for the simulation training system, and use of automated production simulation software for operational skills training, meet the needs of modern training in the oil field.
