渐开线齿轮动态仿真建模方法

摘要: 以渐开线的形成原理为基础,通过分析渐开线齿廓的形成,研究了利用齿条参数化加工创建齿轮的方法。在AutoCAD软件环境下,利用LISP语言编程,实现齿条包络和加工齿轮的动态仿真建模;并在此基础上使用已创建的齿轮作为刀具来动态仿真插齿包络和加工内外齿轮。这种方法减少了齿轮设计的工作量,为非圆齿轮的计算机辅助设计提供了新的思路和新方法。

Abstract: Based on the forming principle of the involute, the methods of processing and creating gear was studied by the use of parameters rack-type tool through analyzing the formation of involute teeth profile. Under the AutoCAD software environment, the dynamic simulation of rack-type cutting gear modeling was achieved by the use of LISP language. And on this basis, the created pinion-type was used as a cutter tool to process the inside and outside gear profile in dynamic simulation. This method reduces the workload of the non-circular gears design, and provides a new idea and method for the computer-aided design. 
