CNG调压站虚拟测试系统设计

摘要: 目前国内还没有直接适用于压缩天然气(Compress Natural Gas,简称CNG)调压站性能的检测仪器。为此,设计了一套压缩天然气调压站测试系统。系统以工控机为平台,采用NI公司的LabWindows/CVI软件和虚拟仪器技术,实现了对调压站多项运行参数的实时检测与控制,从而为调压器和监测设备进行创新设计和改良提供了科学依据。系统测试实验表明,该系统具有检测方便、运行可靠、界面友好的特点,可满足CNG调压站各特征参数的测试要求。

Abstract: Today there is no testing instruments for compress natural gas(CNG) station in our country, so a testing system for CNG regulator station was designed. Based on LabWindows/CVI software from Natural Instrument(NI) Company and virtual instrument technology, the system provides a scientific basis for novel designing and improving for regulators and monitoring devices as result of realizing many real-time detection and control of operating parameters for the regulator. Experimental results show that the system has some good features, such as convenient detection, reliable operation and user-friendliness, which can perfectly meet testing requirements of characteristic parameters of the CNG regulator station.
