摘要: 依据非线性转子动力学理论,建立了符合实际情况的非线性油膜力作用下双跨轴承-转子系统的动力学模型,利用数值模拟分析了非线性油膜力对转子系统耦合故障响应的影响,研究了在不同工况下系统的分岔与混沌运动,得到了非线性响应的时域波形图、轴心轨迹图和幅值谱图,分析了系统的周期运动、拟周期运动以及混沌运动等复杂的运动形式及其演变过程,发现了该系统丰富的非线性行为。

Abstract: According to the nonlinear rotor dynamics theory, a dynamic model that approaches to the practical situation was established for two-span bearing-rotor system with nonlinear oil film. By means of numerical stimulation, the influence of nonlinear oil-film force on the response of rotor system's coupling faults was analyzed. The bifurcation and chaos behaviors of the system were studied under the different work conditions. Nonlinear response diagrams, such as phase plane plots, locus trajectory, as well as amplitude spectrum, were obtained. The complex motion types and their evolvement course of the periodic motion, quasi-periodic motion and chaotic motion were analyzed. The results show that the system of bearing-rotor has abundant nonlinear dynamic behaviors.
