Freelance 2000集散控制系统在常减压蒸馏装置上的应用

Application of the Freelance 2000 DCS in the Atmospheric-Vacuum Distillation Unit

摘要: 石化企业常减压蒸馏生产装置常规仪表自动控制系统需要进行技术改造。阐述了常减压蒸馏装置现场中各种传感器及输入设备与控制室之间通信信号种类的现状。针对当前石化企业自动控制系统普遍采用计算机控制技术的发展方向,提出了采用美国ABB公司Industrial IT Freelance 2000集散控制系统完成常减压蒸馏装置生产过程自动控制的设计思想。根据生产装置的实际需要及系统安全性和稳定性的要求,确定了系统的软件和硬件结构。并论述了运用先进的计算机控制算法应用在该装置的典型控制回路的组态控制方案。最后提出了对集散控制系统的安装要求。采用该系统可以减少系统误差,提高控制精度。

Abstract: It is required that conventional instrument control system should be rebuilt in the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in the petrochemical enterprise. Current situation in communication signal category between all kinds of sensors and input devices in the control room was described. Adapting to development that computer control technique is widely used to automation system of petrochemical enterprises, industrial IT Freelance 2000 DCS was adopted to implement production process’ automation controlling of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit. According to practical needs of units and safety and stabilization requests of system, DCS’s software and hardware frame were determined. A configuration control plan, which advanced computer control algorithm was applied to the typical control loop of the unit, was described. Finally, installation request for DCS was given. The system can reduce error and promote control precision.
