摘要: 以碘掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,对叔丁醇与乙酸酐之间的酰化反应进行了研究,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂质量分数以及酐醇摩尔比对乙酸叔丁酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,碘掺杂聚苯胺有着较好的催化活性,当反应条件为:反应温度为55 ℃,反应时间为6 h,酐醇摩尔比为1∶1,催化剂质量分数为7.0%时乙酸叔丁酯的分离收率可达到87.6%, 且所得产品无色透明。产品经红外光谱进行了表征。

Abstract: The acylation of tert-butanol with acetic anhydride was studied by using polyaniline doped with iodine as catalysts. The effects of reaction temperature, time, the mass fraction of catalysts and molar ratio of acetic anhydride to tert-butanol on the yields of tert-butyl acetate were investigated. The experiment results shows that polyaniline doped with iodine has a good catalytic activity. The optimum reaction conditions for this reaction are a molar ratio of 1∶1 of acetic anhydride to tert-butanol, the mass fraction of polyaniline doped with iodine 7.0%, 55 ℃ for 6 h. At this time, the yield of tert-butyl acetate is 87.6%. The product is colorless and transparent and characterized by IR.
