工业管道保温结构的优化设计及节能分析

摘要:      目前, 工业管道广泛采用等厚度保温结构。针对某运行管道进行现场测温, 并应用Fluent 软件对测试数据进行分析, 发现管道表面温度具有“ 上高下低” 的分布规律, 因此, 工业管道采用等厚度保温结构设计并不合理。在环境有风和无风条件下, 分别对管道外表面温度分布规律进行了分析, 并利用换热网络法, 以管道表面散热损失最小和经济效益最大为优化目标, 建立了管道保温结构优化设计模型, 并提出了工业管道非等厚度保温结构设计的新方法。研究结果表明, 在管道内部介质参数相同条件下, 以国标允许的散热损失值进行保温结构设计时, 与等厚度保温结构设计相比, 采用非等厚度保温层结构可减少保温材料体积3 %~ 4%, 降低保温工程费用3%~ 4 %。

Abstract:

        At present , the heat preservation structure with equal thickness is widely used in industrial pipeline .The testing data from spot test of heat preservation structure with equal thickness for a certain pipeline were analyzed by means of Fluent software .Through analyzing testing data , the temperature of pipeline surface shows a distribution rule that the temperature of to p pipe is high and that of the bottom pipe is low .Thus, the design of heat preservation structure with equal thickness is reasonless.The temperature rule of pipeline outer surface was studied respectively under the conditions of both wind and non -wind.According to the heat exchange method of network , taking minimal thermal losses and maximal economical benefits as an optimized objective , an optimized design model of heat preservation structure for pipeline was set up .Moreover , a new design method of heat preservation structure with non-equal thickness is brought forward .The results show that comparing with heat preservation structure with equal thickness, under the condition of same medium inside pipelines and permitted thermal loss , that the heat preservation structure with non -equal thickness is adopted makes volumes of heat preservation materials being decreased by 3%~ 4%.At the same time , the cost of heat preservation material is cut down 3%~ 4 %.
