废橡胶超临界裂解与传统裂解工艺的比较

摘要:      以废旧橡胶为原料, 分别进行了热裂解, 催化裂解和超临界水裂解实验。分析比较了3 种不同裂解反应对液相混合油品收率及反应时间的影响。结果表明, 废橡胶在超临界水环境中, 液相混合油品收率最高, 可达到59 .20 %, 反应时间仅为5 min ;废橡胶催化裂解实验, 液相混合油品收率为45.32 %, 反应时间为50 min;废橡胶热裂解实验, 液相混合油品收率为39.67 %, 反应时间为60 min。以超临界水作为反应介质, 与传统裂解工艺热裂解及催化裂解比较, 可以实现短时间, 高效率地对废旧橡胶进行裂解, 对生态环境不产生污染。避免了热裂解和催化裂解存在的反应时间长, 耗能大, 传热效率低, 易结焦等问题。

Abstract:

     The experiments of thermal cracking , catalytic cracking and supercritical water cracking were done using waste rubber as the material .Three different cracking reactions relating to the yield of fluid oil and cracking time were investigated and compared.The results show that waste rubber can get the highest yield of fluid oil under the supercritical water condition , which can reach 59 .20% and the cracking time is only 5 min.The yield of fluid oil is 45.32% and the cracking time is 50 min in the catalytic cracking experiment .The yield of fluid oil is 39 .67% and the cracking time is 60 min in the thermal cracking experiment .The experiment using supercritical water as a reaction medium can shorten reaction time , effectively crack waste rubber , no pollution to ecological environment comparing with traditional thermal cracking and catalytic cracking .The problems of long reaction time , high energy consumption , low heat -translation rate , coke forming and so on existing in thermal cracking and the catalytic cracking are avoided.
