水工沥青产品的研制与工程应用

摘要:      分别利用进口原油和国产原油, 采用调和-轻度氧化和轻度氧化的工艺, 通过考察原料的针入度、氧化温度、空气流速、氧化时间对水工沥青产品性能的影响, 确定了最佳工艺条件。开发出了具有很好的高、低温性能和抗老化性能, 可用于水利工程建筑的高质量水工沥青产品。进口油水工沥青和国产油水工沥青混合料的渗透系数分别为1.14 ×10-9 cm/ s 和2.35 ×10 -9 cm/ s, 老化后马歇尔稳定度分别增加了14.80 %和14 .28 %, 老化后马歇尔流值(60 ℃)分别降低了18 .10%和6 .19%, 水稳定系数分别为0 .874 和0.969, 小梁弯曲挠跨比(16 .4 ℃)分别为大于5.4%和3 .7 %, 说明沥青混合料具有较好的抗弯曲能力、耐老化性能、水稳定性和抗渗透能力, 是性能优异的水工沥青。

Abstract:

  By blending -slight oxidation and slight oxidation process, the optimum process conditions could be obtained by testing the effects of penetration of feedstock , oxidation temperature , air velocity flow and oxidation time on hydraulic asphalt products using domestic and imported crude oil as feedstock .A high quality hydraulic asphalt with good high or low temperature performances and aging resistance used in water conservancy construction w as developed.The test results show that the permeability coefficient of imported hydraulic asphalt mixture and domestic hydraulic asphalt mixture are 1.14 ×10 -9 cm/ s and 2 .35 ×10-9 cm/s;the Marshall stability after aging are increased 14.80 % and 14.28 %;the Marshall value under 60 ℃ are decreased 18.10 % and 6 .19 %;water stability factors are 0.874 and 0 .969 ;and the flexure ratio of bend test under 16.4 ℃ are more then 5 .4 % and 3 .7 %, respectively .It is demonstrated that the asphalt concrete is a hydraulic asphalt with good bending ability , aging resistance ,water stability and penetration resistance .
