加氢尾油的非临氢降凝工艺

摘要:      以加氢尾油为原料, 在FS -J1 固定床催化反应器上利用自制的FL -J 型非临氢降凝催化剂进行中试实验。在温度为340~ 400 ℃, 空速为2 ~ 5 h-1的条件下, 考察了催化剂的使用性能, 以及产品分布和产品质量。结果表明, 在常压、非临氢反应条件下, 当温度为400 ℃、空速为2 h -1时, 得到较好的产品分布, 柴油的凝点为-29℃, 润滑油的凝点为-16 ℃。催化剂运转4 .5 ×103 h 进行水蒸气气提, 能使催化剂活性部分得到恢复, 反应温度可降低20 ℃左右。FL -J 型非临氢降凝催化剂具有良好的应用前景

Abstract:

        Using hydrocracking tail oil as feed stock, the pilot -scale experiment was done on FS -J1 fixed catalytic bed reaction apparatus with self -made FL -J non -hydro -dewaxing catalyst .The catalytic performance , production distribution and product property were studied under the temperature of 340 ~ 400 ℃ and space velocity of 2 ~ 5 h -1.The results show that production distribution is good, the solidification point of diesel fuel reaches -29 ℃, and the solidification point of lubricating oil reaches -16℃ when reaction temperature is 400 ℃, reaction space velocity is 2 h-1 at normal pressure and without hydrogen .The catalysts are treated by steam after 4 .5 ×103 hours, the activity of catalyst is partly reactivated , the reaction temperature is reduced about 20 ℃. FL-J no n-hydro -dewaxing catalyst has good application foreground.
