Numerical Simulation of Welding Residual Stress at the Welded Joint between Tube Sheet and Heat Exchanger of Slurry Steam Generator

摘要:  基于ANSYS平台,对油浆蒸汽发生器管头处焊接工艺进行温度场的数值模拟,得到焊缝附近温度场的分布情况;将温度场的结果逐步加载到焊缝上,得到管头处焊接残余应力的分布情况。模拟结果对焊接件内部残余应力的检测能起很好的辅助作用,不仅能大大节省焊接残余应力的检测时间,而且对焊接工艺的优化有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:  Based on the ANSYS platform, the numerical simulates of the temperature field in the welding process of the slurry of the slurry steam generator is carried out to obtain the distribution of the temperature field near the weld. The result of the temperature field is gradually applied to the weld to obtain the distribution of welding residual stress at the pipe head. The simulation results can play a very good role in the detection of the residual stress in the welded parts,which not only greatly saving the welding residual stress testing time, but also on the optimization of the welding process played a good reference value.
