分散相形态对原油乳状液黏度的影响

Effect of Dispersed Phase Morphology on Viscosity of Crude Oil Emulsion

摘要: 在不同的水体积分数、搅拌速度和温度条件下制备油包水型乳状液,模拟混输过程中遇到的不同情况,分析了乳状液液滴粒径分布规律及其与黏度的关系。结果表明,乳状液中水的体积分数小于60%时,随着搅拌速度的加快,乳状液分散相的平均粒径变小,黏度变大;随着温度的升高,乳状液分散相的平均粒径变大,黏度逐渐降低;随着水体积分数的增加,分散相液滴平均粒径变大,黏度呈明显的上升趋势。但是,当水体积分数大于60%时,随着水体积分数的增加,乳状液的黏度大幅度降低,乳状液流型发生变化。研究结果对管输的安全运行和集输工艺的研究具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Water in oil emulsion was prepared under different water volume fraction,stirring speed and temperature.By simulating the different situations encountered in the process of mixed transportation,the particle size distribution of the emulsion droplets and its relationship with viscosity were analyzed.The results show that when the volume fraction of water is less than 60% in the emulsion,the average particle size of the dispersed phase of the emulsion becomes smaller as the stirring speed is increased,and the viscosity becomes larger.With the increase of temperature,the average particle size of the dispersed phase of the emulsion is larger and the viscosity gradually decreases.As the volume fraction of water increases,the average particle size of the dispersed phase droplets becomes larger,and the viscosity shows a clear upward trend.However,when the water volume fraction is greater than 60%,the viscosity of the emulsion decreases drastically as the volume fraction of water increases,and the flow pattern of emulsion changes.The research results have certain guiding significance for the safe operation of pipelines and the study of gathering and transportation technology.
