摘要:  在石油化工企业生产中, 由于装置设备和管线分布复杂, 导致管理人员无法远程掌握、 设备的信息和空间位置无法关联、 各种业务管理系统不能与实际生产装置流程有效融合。为了解决这些问题, 根据虚拟现实领域的3 D建模技术和 We b开发技术, 设计了石化工厂智能设备信息管理系统, 实现了设备及管道的空间位置、 具体形状与自身信息的融合、 装置设备的智能管理, 从而真正体现了现代化企业的管理水平。

Abstract: In the production of petrochemical enterprises, the complex distribution of equipment and pipelines could not be remotely controlled by managers. Equipment information could not be associated with spatial location. Various business management systems could not be effectively integrated with the actual production device process. Therefore, according to 3D modeling technology based on virtual reality and webpage technology, petrochemical plant intelligent equipment management information system was designed. Equipment and pipelines' specific shapes were integrated with spatial location, and equipment and pipelines were intelligently managed in the system, truly reflecting the modern enterprise management level.
