油田井口蒸汽干度的影响因素分析

摘要: 摘 要:  井口蒸汽干度是油田热力开采稠油的重要参数之一, 运用 V B 6. 0开发了井口蒸汽干度计算软件, 并
利用实验测量数据验证了软件计算的准确性。系统分析了影响井口蒸汽干度的结构参数( 管线外径和绝热层厚度)
和操作参数( 蒸汽温度、 蒸汽压力和管道入口蒸汽流量) 及其变化规律。研究结果表明, 井口蒸汽干度随着绝热层厚
度和管道入口蒸汽流量的增大而增大, 随着管线外径、 蒸汽温度和蒸汽压力的增大而减小。其中, 绝热层厚度对井
口蒸汽干度的影响最大, 当绝热层厚度大于6 0mm 小于8 0mm 时, 其厚度每增大2 0mm, 井口蒸汽干度约升高
0 . 1 2%。

Abstract: The steam quality on the top of oil well is one of the important parameters during the thermal oil, and calculation software for the steam quality was developed by VB6.0,and the accuracy of the software was validated by experimental measurement data calculation. The impact the structural parameters (pipe diameter、the thickness of thermal insulation layer)and operating parameters(steam temperature、steam pressure and pipe inlet steam flow) of the steam quality and its change rule were analyzed systematically. Research results show that the steam quality on the top of oil well increased with the increment of the thickness of thermal insulation layer and pipe inlet steam flow and decreased with the increased of the pipe diameter、steam temperature and steam pressure. The thickness of thermal insulation layer was of the greatest impact among such factors, when the thickness of thermal insulation layer was greater than 60 mm and less than 80 mm, and each time the thickness of thermal insulation layer increased 20 mm, the steam quality increased 0120%.
