傅立叶变换红外光谱法检验塑料编织袋的研究

Study on Analysis of Plastic Woven Bag by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT-IR)

摘要:  利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪, 采用S m a r tP e r f o r m e r采样器, 对5 0个不同用途、 不同产地的塑料编织袋样品进行分析检验。依据红外光谱图中吸收峰的不同, 可以将高分子材料( 塑料编织袋) 样品分为两大类, 每一类又可以根据吸收峰的峰数、 峰位置、 峰形和相对峰高比的不同进一步加以区分, 同时考察了这种方法的重现性和最小检出量。实验结果表明, 傅立叶变换红外光谱检测法不破坏检测材料, 重现性好, 可用于鉴定高分子材料( 塑料编织袋) 物证。

Abstract: With Fourier transform of infrared spectroscopy and smart performance sampling, 50 plastic woven bags of different types and different places were analyzed. According to different absorption peaks of infrared spectra, the polymer material (plastic bag) samples were divided into two categories. According to the peak number, peak position, peak shape and relative peak height ratio, we can distinguish each type of sample. At the same time we test the repeatability of the method and the minimum detectable amount. This method does not destroy samples under inspect and has good repeatability. Therefore, it can be used to characterize polymer materials (plastic woven bag).
