摘要: 介绍了钢铁酸洗废水的来源、 组成和危害, 分析了目前国内外治理钢铁酸洗废水的常用方法、 原理以
及优缺点。对钢铁酸洗废水中关于酸的回收和金属的回收方法的现状进行了综述, 着重介绍了酸回收中的扩散渗
析、 双极膜电渗析、 蒸酸技术和焙烧技术, 金属盐回收中的中和沉淀、 析晶技术、 离子交换和萃取技术, 通过选择性地
利用以上技术可以处理不同溶液成分的酸洗废水, 实现酸的内部循环, 回收有价金属, 达到资源化利用。

Abstract: The source, the composition and the harm of iron and steel pickling waste water are introduced, and the state of art, the principle and the advantages/disadvantages on treating the iron and steel pickling waste water both domestic and abroad were analyzed. The present situation of acid recycling and metals recovery for the iron and steel pickling waste water is reviewed, and acid recycling methods including diffusion dialysis, membrane techniques, evaporation and spray roasting, and the metals recovery methods such as neutralization and precipitation, crystallization, ion exchange and so on are emphasized. These technology can achieve the acid recycling and metals recovery in order to make good use of resources.
