GJY-08菌株产木聚糖酶的固体发酵条件的研究

摘要: 对利用GJY—08菌株固体发酵生产木聚糖酶进行了研究。分别考察了发酵时间、pH 值、发酵温度、
培养基麦麸和玉米秸秆的质量比、培养基氮源及接种量等因素对该菌株产木聚糖酶性能的影响,确立了GJY—08菌
株产木聚糖酶的最佳固体发酵条件:发酵时间为4d,pH 值为4.5,温度为30℃,m (麦麸)∶m (玉米秸秆)为7∶3,氮
源为尿素,接种量为3mL,m (玉米秸秆)∶m (水)为1∶2。

Abstract:  

Xylanase is produced from GJY-08 strain by solid-state fermentation. The influence of fermentation time, the initial pH, the temperature, the ratio of wheat bran to corn stalk, nitrogen sources and inoculation amount of the stain on xylanase production were studied. The optimum conditions of xylanase production from GJY-08 strain are as follows: fermentation time 4 d, the initial pH 4.5, the temperature 30 ℃, the ratio of wheat bran to corn stalk 7∶3, nitrogen sources carbamide, inoculation amount 3 mL, the ratio of culture medium to water 1∶2.
