硼酸负载HZSM-5催化合成二乙醇胺

Continuously Selective Synthesis of Diethanolamine Catalyzed by B2O3/HZSM-5

摘要: 采用多次浸渍法制备了B2O 3/HZSM-5催化剂,选择无水液氨和环氧乙烷作为原料,使用固定床进
行连续生产合成二乙醇胺。考察了硼酸负载量对催化剂的孔径、孔容的影响,并探讨了最佳反应条件。实验结果表
明,B2O3 最佳负载量为3%,最佳反应条件为:n(液氨)/n(环氧乙烷)为10∶3,温度60℃,压力1.0~3.0MPa,体积
空速为1.5h-1,在最佳条件下,二乙醇胺的产率为56%。

Abstract:  

B2O3/HZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by multiple impregnation, and used as a catalyst for synthesis of diethanolamine from anhydrous liquid ammonia and epoxyethane in a continuous fixed bed operation. Effect of boric acid amount on pore size and volume of the catalysts was studied and found that optimum B2O3 content is about 3%. Meanwhile, the reaction conditions are optimized and listed as follows: molar ratio of anhydrous liquid ammonia/epoxyethane 10∶3, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction pressure 1.0~3.0 MPa and volumetric space velocity 1.5 h-1. Under these conditions, the yield of diethanol amine could be reach 56%.
