减压塔汽提段规整填料对减压拔出率的影响

摘要: 原油减压深拔技术是增加轻质油收率代表性技术之一。通过减压蒸馏塔汽提段工艺参数对拔出率的影响进行研究,汽提段采用塔盘和规整填料对汽提效率的作用进行了讨论,并对汽提段采用规整填料后塔内填料的结焦问题进行了分析。结果表明,汽提段采用规整填料对提高减压拔出率具有非常重要的意义,且不会发生结焦。

Abstract: Vacuum deep distillation of crude oil is one of representative technology for increasing the yield of light oil. The influence of process parameters in stripping section of vacuum tower on pull-out rate was tested, and the impact of tray or structural packing used in the stripping section of tower on strippin efficiency was disscussed. Furthermore, the coking of structural packing in the stripping section was analyzed. Finally, structural packing in the stripping section showed great impact on enhancing vacuum pull-out tate and would not lead to the coking in the stripping section.
