摘要： 通过对企业核心竞争力指标系统的剖析,针对核心竞争力的构成要素进行核心竞争力评定指标的设
计;从定量分析的角度出发,将可量化指标进行因子分析构建评价企业核心竞争力理论模型。按照模型分析的结
果,企业可以根据自身特点与现状,以及优势与不足制定培育企业核心竞争力的发展战略,以适应当今社会“快鱼吃
慢鱼”高速发展的经济现状。企业核心竞争力指标评价模型在宏观上指导企业提升整体竞争能力。在微观上,引领
企业更加精准地对核心竞争力各要素进行定位,制定完善的战略体系和发展方向。

Abstract:  

Based on the analysis of the enterprise's core competitiveness index system, the competitive assessment index was designed according to the core elements of the core competitiveness; From the perspective of quantitative analysis, the researchers use the quantitative indicators of factor analysis evaluation to construct the theoretical model of core competence. In accordance with the results of the model, companies can nurture the competitiveness strategies from their own characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the current situation to adapt to the rapidly developing economy with the characteristics of “fast fish eat slow fish”. At the macro level, core competence evaluation model will guide the enterprises to enhance the overall competitiveness. At the micro level, it can help the companies recognize the position of the various elements of core business competitiveness more accurately, and make well-planned strategy system and development direction.
