RBI技术在加氢装置中的应用

摘要: 介绍了RBI风险评估技术的概念,RB.eye软件及其评估原理和在设备隐患风险管理中的评估方法与
程序。通过软件评估加氢装置分馏塔前加热炉,发现腐蚀速率高。将炉管材料升级后,腐蚀速率降低,风险也降至
低风险区,结果表明,RBI风险评估能够达到设备隐患风险管理的动态要求。

Abstract: It introduced the concept of risk assessment RBI,the assessment principles of Software RB.eye and the methods and procedures device hidden in the assessment of risk management. It was found that the high corrosion rate through evaluating the furnace fractionator before hydrogenation unit by software.After the tube material upgrade,it found that corrosion rate decreased,reduced risk of low-risk areas.The results show that RBI risk assessment can meet the dynamic demands of risk management device hidden .
