摘要: 以某机组齿轮传动系统为研究对象,根据转子动力学基本理论和齿轮啮合原理,建立了某齿轮传动
系统的齿轮-轴系耦合系统振动有限元模型。分别对该系统未耦合齿轮转子系统和齿轮-轴系耦合系统进行了弯
曲模态和弯扭耦合模态进行了对比分析,分析了啮合刚度对耦合转子临界转速的影响。在此基础上,对未耦合和耦
合齿轮系统进行了不平衡响应研究。研究结果为齿轮-轴系耦合系统的动力学设计提供了一定的理论参考。

Abstract:  

Based on the theories of rotor dynamics and gear meshing, the finite element model of a gear-shaft system was established according to a certain gear transmission system of a steam unit. The bending and torsional modes of the single gear wheel and coupling gear-shaft system were calculated and compared respectively. The effect of gear stiffness on the critical speeds of the coupling gear-shaft system was studied. Moreover, the imbalance responses of the single and coupling system were employed. The calculated results offer some academic reference of gear system design.
